中小型城市垃圾分类管理模式探讨

Waste Sorting Management Mode in Middle and Small Scale Cities

以宜昌市为例,分析了我国中小型城市垃圾处理和管理体制的现状,结合国外垃圾分类管理模式,提出了适合中小型城市的垃圾分类管理模式,即以垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化、产业化为目标,在环境可持续性、经济可负担性、社会可接受性的基础上构建适合于中小城市的垃圾分类管理新模式。

Taking Yichang city as an example,present situation of waste treatment and management system in middle and small scale cities in China were analyzed.Combining with waste sorting management mode in foreign countries,the waste sorting management pattern which suits middle and small scale cities was put forward.That is to say,taking waste reduction,reclamation,hazard-free treatment and industrial production as a object,the new waste sorting management pattern for middle and small scale cities should be built on the basis of environment sustainable,economy supportable and social acceptable.
