Survey and Analysis on Knowledge,Attitude and Behaviour of Employee of a Provincial Power Supplying Company on Occupational Health

针对电力行业职业卫生工作深入开展的需要,对某供电公司员工职业卫生认知、信念与行为情况进行问卷调查,对各部门员工进行分层抽样调查,通过调查进一步了解了企业对职业卫生工作的重视程度、职工对职业卫生相关知识的了解程度,在此基础上对调查结果采用SPSS16.0统计软件进行描述性统计分析,建立了数据库,提出指导性建议。

To find out occupational health knowledge, attitude and behavior of a power supplying company stall, table a proposal for enterprises to further work on occupational health ,a questionnaire was adopted on survey, and all departments of the power supplying company employees were surveyed by random sampling. The content include the basic information and the questions about occupational health knowledge, attitude and behavior. As revealed in results, the witting of the Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Act was inferior, and most employees expected to acquire knowledge about occupational health, employees generally wished company improve input about occupational health, and the most attended measure was providing personal protective equipment （PPE）, employees that could work according to criterion took up 84. 3%. Advice for company as follows.- Companies should improve propagandizing and investing on occupational health, especially providing PPE, add items about occupational hazards to routine health examination, enhance administer and supervision occupational health.
