摘要
综合目前国内外餐厨垃圾处理的研究方法及应用实践,介绍了焚烧法、堆肥法、湿热处理法、生产生物柴油、发酵生产蛋白饲料、厌氧发酵产氢和高温炭化等方法,比较各种方法的优缺点,从而倡导使用对环境影响较小,且可实现餐厨垃圾处理的无害化、减量化、资源化的生物处理法。
According to researches and practices of food residue treatment at home and abroad,some main treatment methods were introduced,including waste incineration,waste composting,hydrothermal process,producing bio-diesel,producing protein feed by fermentation,anaerobic fermentative hydrogen production,high-temperature carbonization,and so on.Compared with advantages and disadvantages of those methods,biological treatment was recommended,because the treatment has less environmental impact,and it can realize hazard-free,reduction and reclamation of food residue treatment.
