北京市建筑垃圾产生量预测及处置设施建设分布研究

Output Forecast of Construction Waste in Beijing and Constructing and Distributing of Its Disposal Facilities

利用SPSS软件,通过选取北京市GDP、商品房销售面积、建筑施工面积3个自变量建立多元回归方程,对"十二五"时期北京市建筑垃圾产生量进行预测;并依据预测结果结合各区县发展定位,对建筑垃圾处置设施分布进行合理布点和处置设施建设规模研究。

The output of construction waste in Beijing during the period of the Twelfth-Five-Year Plan was forecasted, using SPSS, building muhiple regression equation with three independent variables of GDP, floor space sold of commercial building, and floor space of buildings under construction in Beijing. According to the forecasting result and development orientation for the various district and county of Beijing, rational distribution and constructing scale of construction waste disposal facilities were researched.
