摘要
采用抛光砖废渣等工业废渣为主要原料,以高可塑性粘土、黑滑石、钾长石、石英和煅烧氧化铝为辅助原料制备陶瓷轻质外墙砖,研究了抛光砖废渣用量、成型压力以及烧成制度对轻质外墙砖性能和质量的影响。结果表明:随着抛光砖废渣用量增加或成型压力的降低,轻质外墙砖的导热系数提高而抗压强度与容重则降低。通过TG-DSC分析确定了在小于等于750℃的升温速率不宜太快,而大于750℃的升温速率宜加快的优化烧成制度,有效避免了黑心和裂纹的产生。制备出了导热系数为0.20w/m.K,容重为0.95g/cm3,抗压强度为14.5MPa的轻质外墙砖。
Lightweight external brick has been fabricated by using industrial slags such as tile polished waste as main raw materials, and using the mixture of high plasticity clay, black talc, feldspar, quartz, calcined alumina as assistant raw materials. The effects of tile polished waste content, forming pressure and firing schedule have been studied on the properties and quality of the brick. The results show that with the increase in tile polished waste content or the decrease in forming pressure, the thermal conductivity of the brick is improved while its compression strength and the bulk density reduced. By means of TG - DSC analysis, the optimal firing schedule of soaking at heating rate with ≤750℃ should not be too rapid , but heating rate with 〉750℃ can be quicken. Consequently, drawbacks of black core and cracks can be effectively avoided. The thermal conductivity was 0.20w/m · K, the compression strength was 14.5MPa and the bulk density was 0.95 g/cm^3.
