摘要
讨论了有机添加剂对氧化铝造粒粉性能的影响,实验结果表明:S分散剂对氧化铝陶瓷料浆的稳定分散作用最好,适宜的添加量为0.3%-0.5%;PVA添加量为1.2%-1.5%时,料浆的粘度适中,适合喷雾造粒;消泡剂BYK-603的适宜添加量为0.2%-0.4%。另外,PH值对料浆的稳定性也起到非常重要的作用,料浆偏弱酸性时稳定性较好。
This paper discusses the organic additives on the properties of alumina powder granulation, experimental results show that: S dispersants on the stability of alumina slurry dispersion of the best, appropriate addition level 0.3% -0.5%; PVA added 1.2% -1.5%, the amount of time, the viscosity of the slurry medium for spray granulation ; Defoamer BYK - 603's 0.2% - 0.4% suitable addition amount. In addition, PH value on the stability of the slurry also play a very important role in weak acidic slurry stability is good.
