摘要
Y2O3透明陶瓷具有优异的光学和热学性能,是一种有较高应用价值的功能材料,现已成为单晶的可替代材料。介绍了Y2O3透明陶瓷的研究进展,阐述了Y2O3透明陶瓷的粉体合成、坯体成型、高温烧结和机械加工的制备工艺,并分析了成型时坯体开裂的原因。
Transparent Y2O3 ceramics are a sort of highly valuable functional materials for the outstandingly optical and thermal properties. Nowadays, it has become the replacing material of single crystal. According to some foreign and domestic research fruits, the research progress of transparent Y2O3 ceramics is briefly introduced, including powder synthesis, compaction, sintering and machining. Fabrication processes of transparent Y2O3 ceramics are elaborately described. The reasons for cracking in powder compact are expatiated on.
