摘要
由丰富的木质纤维素资源制备乙醇有利于缓解能源紧缺、减少环境污染、实现可持续发展。然而某些物理、化学因素阻碍了木质纤维素中纤维素和半纤维素的转化和利用。预处理引起物理和/或化学上的变化,主要目的是改变或去除各种结构和(或)化学障碍,增加纤维素酶解率和转化效果,是一系列纤维素乙醇转化技术中的关键和核心。本文就纤维素乙醇生物转化预处理研究的新进展及新技术进行综述并对其发展作了展望。
Porduction of fuel ethanol using abundant lignocellulose material would favour alleviating energy shortage and environment pollution,also sustainable developement.However,some physio-chemical structural and compositional factors hindered the enzymatic digestibility or utilization of cellulose and hemicellulose present in lignocellulosic biomass.The pretreatment methods caused physical and/or chemical changes in biomass.The goal of pretreatment technology was to alter or remove structural and compositional impediments to hydrolysis in order to improve the rate of enzyme hydrolysis and increase yields of fermentable sugars from cellulose or hemicellulose.The advances of pretreatment technologies for fuel ethanol biological conversion from lignocellulose were reviewed including process parameters and their fundamental modes of action,and the trend of future development was aslo prospected.
