摘要
针对乙烯装置裂解炉对流段炉管结垢会使排烟温度升高、能耗加大、裂解炉热效率下降这一问题进行了详细分析;就目前对流段的除垢技术进行了分析和比较,高声强中频声波吹灰器以汽声转换效率高、无除灰死角、能耗低、除灰时间短、运行稳定、主要部件免维护等特点被广泛应用于新建的大型乙烯装置。
The scaling of the ethylene unit cracking furnace convection section furnace tube caused increase discharging fume temperature,enlarge the energy consumption,drop the cracking furnace thermal efficiency that were analyzed.The present technolagies of descaling of convection section were analyzed and campared the high acoustic intensity intermediate frequency sound wave soot blower was widely applied in the newly built large-scale ethylene unit because that its steam sound transfer efficiency was high,did not eliminate the ash dead angle,the energy consumption was lowly,the eliminate ash time was short,running stable,and major parts exempted maintenance.
