基于网络可靠性Brass悖论理性分析

摘要 Brass悖论揭示了增加新路段后,居民出行总费用不降反增,服务水平下降的反常现象.从交通路网可靠性的角度对Brass悖论进行了再认识,在对典型的Brass悖论交通网络的可靠性计算后发现,虽然新增的路径造成了总费用增加现象,但整个交通网络系统中的出行时间可靠度、畅通可靠度和抗毁可靠度都大幅增加,实际交通网络中交通量、交通事故都具有一定随机性,因此在交通网络设计中不能只考虑杜绝Brass现象出现,而应该更多关注网络可靠性. Brass paradox reveals that the total cost of travel of the residents will increase rather than reduce and the level of service drop anomaly after the addition of new sections.In this paper,we analyze the reliability of road network in-depth based on Brass paradox.At first,we calculate the travel time reliability,unblocked reliability and invulnerability while increasing one section.Then,we compare it with the previous results not increasing the path.This indicates that the reliability would not be reduced,but increased.So the efficiency of its services will be greatly enhanced with the increasing of a section of the road.The calculated results have practical value.
