摘要
以正交试验考察了木钠改性减水剂的合成工艺,依据国标对其净浆流动度、坍落度损失等主要性能进行评价。木钠改性减水剂的最佳合成工艺:原料的摩尔比为n甲醛∶n丙酮∶n亚硫酸钠=2∶1∶0.7;反应前期温度控制在(58±2)℃,后期反应温度控制在(94±4)℃;保温反应3~4 h;木钠掺入量为5%。在最优反应条件下,合成产物具有较好的减水﹑缓坍效果,并有效地降低了成本。
The experiment was designed to study the synthesis technology and properties of aliphatic superplasticizer modified by lignosulfonate.Orthogonal test methods were used to inspect the preparation process.According to the national standard,the properties of it was evaluated.The optimum technological conditions of aliphatic superplasticizer were that: molar ratio of raw material n(formaldehyde):n(acetone):n(sodium sulfite)=2:1:0.7,reaction temperatures of the first step was(58±2)℃,the one of the second step was(94±4) ℃,keeping reaction warm at 3~4 h,and the additive amount of lignosulfonate was 5%.The results of the research showed that under the optimum condition,the product obtained possessed better performance of water reduction and minislump retention,and the cost of the superplasticizer got lower without the decline of the products.
