Revamping Analysis about the Pre-fractionator of Guangzhou Ethylene Plant

对广州石化乙烯装置C-1210初分馏塔2006～2011年的技术改造情况进行了详细的分析介绍。说明在对初分馏塔的操作充分认识理解的原则下,制定合理的结构方案,确定了采用高效、低压降、抗堵型复合塔器技术改造初分馏塔并取得了显著的效果。对同类型塔器的设计和技改具有一定的借鉴价值。

The technology transformation of revamping of C-1210 Pre-fractionator of Guangzhou Petrochemical Ethylene Plant in the period of 2006~2011 was analyzed in detail.Under the condition of fully understand of the pre-fractionator operation,a resonable structure was developed,and adopting the high efficient,low pressure and anti-blocking fractionator can get significant effect.This method would be applied for same type of design and technical innovation with a certain reference value.
