循环流化床锅炉屏式过热器爆管原因分析及处理措施

摘要 屏式过热器在同一位置6次出现爆管事故,通过对爆管处现场观察及锅炉管取样金相分析,结合运行记录发现:该锅炉管发生高温蠕变,金属组织发生完全球化,超温导致锅炉管材性能减弱发生爆管。针对此原因,提出了相应的预防处理措施。 Six accidents about tube failure occurred in the same position of platen super heater were introduced.Through observation to the position of tube failure,metallographic analysis of samples from boiler tubes as well as process records,the following facts were found that due to high-temperature creep,metal tissue was completely sphereoidizing and overheating caused weakening performance of materials from tubes in boilers.Therefore,corresponding preventive treatment measures were proposed.
