摘要
结合实例介绍了核磁共振谱实验在仪器分析教学中的应用,并在实验教学过程中运用计算机辅助教学对核磁共振氢谱进行解析。使理论教学和实验教学相结合,有利于提高学生分析解决问题的能力。
The application of nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） spectrum in the instrumental analysis experiment teaching was introduced.A computer-aided instruction was performed in the explanation of HNMR spectra.It was a combination of spectrum theory and experimental teaching,which was beneficial to improve the students＇ability of analyzing and resolving questions.
