摘要
巴基斯坦在中国的周边环境和外交中具有重要的战略地位。作为中国通往西亚和中东的重要桥梁和南亚地区战略平衡和稳定的重要角色,巴基斯坦对中国具有独特的商业、安全和战略价值。中巴关系的未来发展一方面取决于政治外交、经济贸易、军事安全和人文交流这四个方面的内在发展,同时也受到印度和美国这两个外部因素的影响。巩固和发展中巴全天候战略合作伙伴关系是两国共同的战略选择。未来几年,双边贸易和投资将有较快的增长,两国的民间交流和文化关系有望得到较大的发展,在地区多边组织和机制中的合作也将进一步得到加强。
Pakistan has an important strategic position in China's peripheral environment and diplomacy.As a main channel for China to lead to West Asia and the Middle East and in terms of strategic equilibrium and stability in South Asia,Pakistan has its unique commercial,security and strategic value for China.The future of Sino-Pakistan relationship depends on their diplomatic,economic and security engagements,and people-to-people contacts on the one hand;and the external factors such as India and the United States on the other hand.The coming years will witness a boost of bilateral trade and investment,non-governmental exchanges and cultural relations,and cooperation in regional and multilateral regimes.
