高校国防教育课程评价指标体系的建构

Evaluation of National Defense Education Curriculum in Institutes of Higher Learning

在对国内外课程评价,国防教育课程评价的内容、程序、指标体系等进行分析的基础上,指出建构高校国防教育课程的评价研究,重点应当既符合一般课程评价原理,又符合国防教育课程特点与发展现状的科学的评价指标体系;开展国防教育课程评价是全面推进高校国防教育课程改革的关键举措,是高校国防教育质量管理的重要内容。

When evaluating the curricula at home and abroad,the content,procedure,indicator system,etc.regarding the evaluation of national defense education curricula are reviewed,pointing out that the focal point of the research on the construction of the system for evaluating the national defense education curriculum in institutes of higher learning should be a scientific evaluating system which accords with not only the evaluating principle of general courses,but also the characteristics and development status quo of the national defense education courses.To develop the evaluation of national defense course is a key measure to overall propel the reform of the courses of national defense education,and the important content of the quality control of national defense education in colleges and universities.
