清开灵联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病56例

Therapeutic Effects of Qingkailing Combined with Ara-Amp for the Treatment of Pathogen on Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的观察清开灵注射液联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将110例手足口病患儿随机分为对照组(54例)和治疗组(56例),对照组给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用清开灵注射液,观察两组治疗有效率和临床症状消退时间。结果治疗组有效率与临床症状消退时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论清开灵注射液联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病起效快,能有效缩短病程。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Qingkailing injection Combined with Ara-Amp in treatment of pathogen on hand-foot-mouth disease in child patients.Method 110 child patients who suffered from pathogen on hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group（54 cases）and treatment group（56 cases）.Ara-Amp was used in control group and Ara-Amp combined with Qingkailing injection was used in treatment group,Effective rates and clinical symptom regression times in two groups were observed after therapy.Result Clinical symptom regression times or effective rates of treatment group decreased more than those of control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion Qingkailing injection Combined with Ara-Amp were used in treatment of pathogen on hand-foot-mouth disease in child patients showed good response rapidly,which also shorten the time Treatment.
