高校师德的伦理价值解析

On Ethical Value of University Teachers' Virtue

高校师德建设关系到高校的人才培养质量,关系到整个社会的思想道德建设水平。但不少人对于加强高校师德建设的重要性和紧迫性的认识尚不够明晰,为此,必须厘清高校师德的伦理意蕴,明确高校教师职业的伦理定位和高校师德在培养高素质人才中的伦理价值。进一步加强高校师德建设,应从制度和实践两个层面充分发挥师德的伦理价值功能,发挥教师在师德建设中的主体作用,让师德成为教师的生命选择。

University teachers＇ moral construction plays important role in the quality of the personnel cultivation and the whole social moral construction level.But many people are still not very much aware of the importance and urgency to strengthen university teachers＇ professional ethics construction,therefore,the content is to be clearly clarified,the orientation and value need to be defined.In order to further strengthen the construction of teachers＇ ethics,efforts should be made to improve the system building and practice so as to give full play to the value function,and to the teachers＇ main role,making the teacher ethics their life choice.
