舒筋活络中药结合水疗治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效观察

Effects of the herb with the function of relax and activate the tendons combined with hydrotherapy on children with spastic cerebral palsy

目的观察舒筋活络中药结合水疗法对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法将80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组给予药物、高压氧、功能训练等常规治疗;治疗组除给予常规治疗外,每日辅助水疗1次。结果治疗组患儿的粗大运动功能改善及肌张力的缓解均优于对照组。结论舒筋活络中药结合水疗有利于加速痉挛型脑瘫患儿的康复进程,值得在康复治疗中广泛应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the herb with the function of relax and activate the tendons combined with hydrotherapy in children with spastic cerebral palsy therapy.Methods 80 patients with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given drugs,hyperbaric oxygen,functional training and other conventional treatment;the treatment group in addition to conventional treatment,hydrotherapy once every day.Results The improvement of the gross motor function and muscular tension in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion The herb with the function of relax and activate the tendons combined with hydrotherapy will help speeding up the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy process,it is worth adopting in rehabilitation widely.
