摘要
以丁二烯和苯乙烯为单体,采用非离子乳化剂与阴离子乳化剂组成的复合乳化体系,在过氧化物与亚铁盐构成的氧化还原引发体系作用下,合成了性能良好的乳化沥青改性用丁苯胶乳,讨论了影响聚合过程及胶乳性能的因素。结果表明,适宜的乳化剂用量为5.8-9.3份(质量,下同),最佳的引发体系组成为0.20-0.40份过氧化物与0.02-0.04份亚铁盐;采用分批加入相对分子质量调节剂(0.386-0.550份)方式和三段控温模式(初期反应温度在16-20℃、中期反应温度在28-30℃及后期温度在38~40℃)更有利于控制胶乳的门尼黏度和结构凝胶含量。
The styrene-butadiene latex with good properties for modification of emulsified asphalt was synthesized using butadiene and styrene as monomers and in the presence of compound emulsifier consisting of nonionic and anionic emulsifiers and oxidation-reduction initiator of peroxide and ferrous salt.The factors which influenced polymerization and latex properties were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate emulsifier amount ranged between 5.8-9.3 phr,and the optimal composition of initiator system was peroxide of 0.20-0.40 phr and ferrous salt of 0.02-0.04 phr;The step-wise addition of relative molecular mass regulator(0.386-0.550 phr) and three-stage reaction temperature control mode(initial 16-20 ℃,middle 28-30 ℃,late 38-40 ℃) was more favourable to the control of Mooney viscosity and structure gel content of the latex.
