全国橡胶检测实验室门尼黏度测试能力比对结果分析

Results analysis of synthetic rubber Mooney viscosity testing ability comparison experiment among rubber test laboratories all over China

组织国内合成橡胶行业37家检测实验室开展了丁二烯橡胶(BR 9000)生胶门尼黏度测试能力的比对,利用稳健统计技术对各检测实验室的数据进行了分析,并根据分析结果对测试能力进行了评价。结果表明,28个实验室的数据属满意结果,4个实验室的数据可疑,5个实验室的数据离群;合成橡胶生产企业的实验室检测水平高于加工企业实验室的检测水平,科研和质量监督检验部门的实验室检测水平高于企业实验室的检测水平。

The raw rubber Mooney viscosity of butadiene rubber BR 9000 was tested in 37 laboratories from domestic synthetic rubber production and processing industry.By using robust statistical technique,the obtained data were analyzed and the testing skill of each laboratory was evaluated.The results showed that the data from twenty-eight laboratories were judged as satisfied,four suspicious,five outlier.The testing skills of research and quality supervision institute were deemed as the best and the synthetic rubber producers better,the rubber processing manufacturers last.
