四羟基聚丁二烯的合成及其改性端羟基聚丁二烯液体橡胶的力学性能 被引量:4

摘要 采用自制的烷基锂引发剂,以环己烷为溶剂、四氢呋喃为结构调节剂、四氯硅烷为偶联剂合成了具有四羟基的端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)液体橡胶,通过凝胶渗透色谱仪、核磁共振仪等对其进行了表征。结果表明,四羟基HTPB的多分散指数小于1.1,平均官能度接近4,微观结构可调。用该四羟基HTPB改性现有商品HTPB可提高其拉伸强度,但扯断伸长率有所下降。 The four hydroxyl groups terminated star shaped polybutadiene(FHTPB) was synthesized by anionic polymerization,using self-made alkyl lithium as initiator,cyclohexane as solvent,tetrahydrofuran as structure regulator,tetrachlorosilane as coupling agent.The products were characterized by gel permeation chromatography and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The results showed that the FHTPB had narrow molecular weight distribution(less than 1.1),the average functionality approached to 4,and its microstructure could be controled.This new product could be used to enhance the tensile strength of commertial HTPB commodity,but it could also decline the elongation at break.
