摘要 超薄面层与原路面之间粘结效果的好坏直接关系到超薄面层的使用寿命,为获得较好的层间粘结效果,选用不同的粘结层材料及不同的材料用量分别成型复合试件,在界面干燥和饱水的条件下采用不同的温度条件进行抗剪试验和拉拔试验,分析粘结层材料种类、材料用量、温度、水对层间粘结性能的影响,根据结果推荐一种效果较好的粘结层材料及其合适的用量,为工程实践提供参考。 The ultra-thin surface's service life is related directly to its bonding effect on the road surface.In order to have a better bonding effect between layers,different bonding materials and different amounts of materials were selected to mold compound specimens,conduct shear test separately in conditions of dry and saturated interface under different temperatures;pull-off test under different temperatures were also conducted to analyze effect of material species of bonding layers,dosage of material,temperatures,and water on bonding layers. Based on the test results,an example of construction practice was given,and a kind of bonding material which had better effect and suitable dosage was recommended.
