摘要
针对筑路机械中发动机与空调压缩机上叶片的建模与加工比较复杂的现象,在分析叶片曲面建模方法的基础上,通过使用UG NX4.0与Master CAM相配合的方法进行加工的优化仿真,生成NC代码,并对加工误差进行了分析仿真结果表明,此方法能有效提高筑路机械上叶片的三坐标数控加工效率和精度,改善叶片表面加工质量。
Given the fact that in the road machinery,the impeller of engine and air-conditioner compressor is quite difficult in modeling and machining,by means of analyzing the modeling of impeller,an optimization algorithm of machining was proposed,combining UG NX4.0 with Master CAM to simulate the machining and generate the NC codes.The simulation results indicate that the proposed method can effectively reduce the cutting errors and improve the machining quality of the impeller of road machinery by three-axis CNC machining.
