摘要
以理论和实证的方法从产业结构升级角度剖析了不同产业、不同要素密集型行业、垄断和非垄断行业劳动报酬比重的影响因素,旨在解决初次收入分配的公平与效率问题。研究表明:行业比较劳动生产率、劳均固定资产投资、平均受教育年限、35-49岁就业人员比重对行业劳动报酬比重影响显著。由此制定了"分阶段,分梯度,市场为主、政府为辅"的提高劳动报酬比重的政策建议。
Employing theoretical and empirical methods,this paper analyzes the influence factors of labor income share in different industries,factor-intensive industries,and monopoly and non-monopoly sectors from the perspective of the updating of the industrial structure,so as to solve the problem of the equity and efficiency in initial income distribution.The study indicates that the industrial comparative productivity,fixed asset investment per labor,average length of education,35-49-year-old proportion of employed persons have significant effect on labor's income share.Thus,in order to improve the labor income share,the paper puts forward policy suggestions which should be complemented by phases.
