Under the circumstances of three nets fusion,pointed at the underdevelopment state existed in management system and technical development of the basic radio and television networks in Qinghai,this article clarifies the necessity and urgency of great-leap-forward development.Facing opportunities and challenges,we must adopt advanced technology,giving full play to our advantages,accelerate network upgrading,and realize network technology pace the balanced development and synchronized development.
