数字电视的有条件接收即CA系统是有线电视数字化后广电有线网络运营商实行企业化管理,实现数字电视节目分类经营以及收费管理的基础,是有线网络运营商主营业务长期稳定发展的前提和保证,是大力推进"三网融合"、开展多业务实现可持续发展战略的关键,是与电信运营商开展竞争立于不败之地的基石。因此,消除和降低CA系统的不安全因素,使之稳定可靠运行是我们研究的课题。就CA的工作原理、如何提高CA系统的可靠性实用性及未来CA的发展趋势做一些讨论和研究。

CA systems,which is a conditional access system of the digital television operated by Broadcasting Television Cable-network Operators,is the basis of implementing enterprise management and achieving classified operation and charge management of the digital television program.It＇s also the precondition and guarantee of the cable network operator main services developing chronically and steadily.From this,it can be seen that CA system is the key point of impelling ＂triple-play＂,commencing the all services and realizing the strategy of sustainable development.It＇s also the foundation to win the victory in the battle with telecom operators.Therefore,to eliminate and depress the unsafe factor of the CA system,make it run steadily and reliably is the problem that we need to research deeply.What follows is the discussion and research about the principle of CA system,how to increase the reliability and practicability of CA system and the development trend of CA system in the future.
