Application and Features of the 3G Live Technology in TV Broadcasting Industry

随着通信技术不断发展,通讯行业不断壮大,第三代移动通信技术(3rd-Generation,下称3G)开始广泛应用。3G技术是指支持高速数据传输的蜂窝移动通讯技术,能同时传输数据信息和声音信息。这就意味着3G在广电行业尤其是在新闻直播中,将逐渐取代卫星传输,成为主流的直播方式。结合广电行业使用3G的工作实例,阐述了3G直播技术的特点,并针对其不足提出了相应的解决方案,对提高直播质量及简化操作有显著的促进作用。

With the development of communication technology,as well as its industry,the 3rd mobile communication technology（called 3G for short under） has been widely use in the society.3G means the communication technology which supports high-speed data transmitting can transmit data message and voice message at the same time.That means in the TV broadcasting industry,especially in the live news,it can take the place of satellite broadcasting and becomes primary way in TV live broadcasting.This article states the features of 3G broadcasting technology with examples which we have been working before,and gives some solution to the insufficient part,which has great use to promote the quality of live broadcasting and simplify the actual operation.
