210t RH精炼过程夹杂去除和卷渣的物理模拟 被引量:4

摘要 通过几何相似比1:4的水模型,研究了钢厂210 t RH精炼的处理时间、驱动气体流量、真空度、气孔数和浸入深度对夹杂物去除的影响以及底吹方式和气体流量对卷渣量的影响。模拟试验结果表明,处理24 min可去除约90%夹杂物,真空室下降时双透气砖短时间底吹氩气可明显减少钢液卷渣量。得出210 t RH精炼合适的工艺参数为驱动气体流量164.2m^3/h,气孔数8个,浸入深度500mm,真空室绝对压力4000 Pa;双透气砖吹氩总流量为90m^3/h。 Effect of steel works 210 t RH refining treatment time, driving gas flow rate, vacuum, number of stomata and immersion depth on inclusion removal and the effect of bottom-blowing pattern and gas flow rate on amount of slag en- trapment have been studied by using geometric similarity ratio 1 : 4 water model. Simulation test results show that the inclusions in liquid decrease by - 90% as treatment for 24 min and at vacuum chamber descending the short term bottom argon blowing by double porous brick is obviously available to decrease the amount of slag entrapment in liquid. It is obtained that suitable process parameters for 210 t RH refining are driving gas flow rate- 164. 2 m^3/h, 8 stomata, immersion depth- 500 ram, absolute pressure in vacuum chamber- 4 000 Pa and double porous brick total argon blowing flow rate- 90 m^3/h.
