摘要
对克氏原螯虾仔虾采用6个不同的盐度进行了盐度突变试验,2个试验组的初始盐度为2,探讨克氏原螯虾仔虾对盐度适应性。盐度突变试验结果显示,克氏螯虾仔虾对盐度为10以下具有较强的适应性。渐变试验显示,克氏螯虾仔虾的存活率与盐度调整周期有关,3d为1次的调整周期优于2d调整周期。因此,在低盐度水平开展克氏螯虾盐度驯养是可行的。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of salinity changes on the tolerance of juvenile Procambarus clarkii.The experiment was divided into two parts:first part,there were six different salinity groups,second par,there were two groups with salinity increasing by 1 each 2 d or 3 d from 2.The results showed that juvenile Procambarus clarkii was more suitable below 10 in the salinity changes.And the survival rate of juvenile Procambarus clarkii had relationship with salinity change cycle.It's more excellent effects that the salinity was changed once every three days than twice every three days.Therefore,it's probable that Procambarus clarkii was cultured in the low salinity.
