摘要
针对壳体结构的动力学特性限制加速度传感器动态工作性能的问题,对一种大gn值、高频响加速度传感器的壳体结构进行了动力学特性分析。在振动理论基础上,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对壳体进行了动力学仿真分析,并利用振动台试验装置进行验证,结果表明壳体的固有频率低于传感器的上限工作频率。据此对壳体结构进行改进,使其动力学特性得到明显改善,提高了加速度传感器的动态特性。
To improve the accelerometer's dynamic performance,a high g,high frequency response accelerometer's shell is studied to obtain its dynamic characteristics.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the shell based on the theoretic analysis.The results of the simulation are verified to fail the demands of high-frequency response by vibration experiment.Therefore,the structure of the shell is modified to obtain better behavior.It is proved that the dynamic characteristics of the improved shell is enhanced greatly,and improve the accelerometer's dynamic characteristics.
