摘要
采用阳极恒流电沉积法在不锈钢上制备了PbO2涂层阳极和分别由Fe、Ni掺杂的PbO2涂层阳极。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)研究了涂层的微观结构、表面形貌及元素组成。采用电化学工作站测定了涂层的开路电位,并通过循环伏安法研究了涂层分别在0.1 mol/L Na2SO4溶液和含0.1 mol/L Na2SO4及20 mg/L刚果红溶液中的电化学性能。用PbO2和Fe、Ni掺杂的PbO2涂层为阳极恒压处理含刚果红的模拟有机废水,90 min后测得刚果红的去除率分别为84.7%、90.2%和86%。
PbO2 and Fe-doped,Ni-doped PbO2 coated anodes were prepared by anodic electrodeposition technique at constant current density.The microstructure,morphology and chemical composition of the coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray fluorescence(XRF).The open circuit potentials of the coatings were tested by electrochemical workstation,and the electrochemical performances of the coatings were studied by cyclic voltammetry in 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 solution with and without 20 mg/L Congo Red.When the simulated organic wastewater was treated for 90 min under constant potential,the removal rate for Congo Red was around 84.7%,90.2% and 86.0% using PbO2,Fe-doped and Ni-doped PbO2 coated anodes,respectively.
