铁氧体法去除废水中的镍、铬、锌、铜离子 被引量:20

Treatment of wastewater containing nickel,chromium,zinc and copper by ferrite process

摘要 采用铁氧体法处理含镍、铬、锌、铜的废水,研究了pH及硫酸亚铁投加量对重金属离子去除效果的影响。对于镍、锌、铜离子,最佳絮凝pH分别为8.00-9.80、8.00-10.50和10.00,投加的亚铁离子与其摩尔比均为2-8;六价铬的最佳还原pH为4.00-5.50,最佳絮凝pH则为8.00-10.50,最佳投料比为20。经铁氧体法处理后,出水镍含量小于1.0 mg/L,总铬量小于1.5 mg/L,锌含量小于2.0 mg/L,铜含量小于0.5 mg/L,水质指标符合国家污水排放标准。 Wastewater containing nickel,chromium,zinc and copper ions was treated by ferrite process.The effects of pH and FeSO4 dosage on the removal efficiencies of heavy metals were studied.The optimal pH is 8.00-9.80 for nickel plating wastewater,8.00-10.50 for zinc plating wastewater,and 10.00 for copper plating wastewater.The optimal molar ratio of Fe2+ dosed to nickel,zinc or copper ions is 2-8.For chromium plating wastewater,the optimal pH is 4.00-5.50 for reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr(III) and 8.00-10.50 for flocculation of Cr(III),and the optimal molar ratio of Fe2+ dosed to Cr(III) is 20.The mass concentrations of nickel,chromium,zinc,and copper ion in the wastewater treated by ferrite process were 〈1.0 mg/L,〈1.5 mg/L,〈2.0 mg/L,and 〈0.5 mg/L respectively,reaching the national effluent discharge standard.
