右美托咪定用于颈臂丛阻滞麻醉下锁骨骨折切开复位内固定术中镇静的临床研究 被引量：9

摘要 锁骨骨折由于其特殊的解剖位置,临床上常采用颈丛、臂丛神经阻滞的方法,以弥补单纯臂丛或颈丛阻滞效果差的缺点,但临床上即使采取了颈臂丛联合阻滞,也不能实现完全的阻滞,常需静脉注射镇痛、镇静药物辅助,临床上多采用芬太尼复合咪唑安定，
