创伤性膈疝的紧急处理及影响死亡因素分析

Emergency treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia and died factors influence

目的:探讨创伤性膈疝的紧急处理手段和影响死亡的原因。方法:选取2006年1月～2010年1月在本院治疗的创伤性膈疝患者共40例,进行了手术方法、死亡原因的分析。结果:40例患者有5例出现了死亡,死亡原因包括循环呼吸功能衰竭、肝脾破裂失血性休克、多器官功能衰竭。结论:手术的及时性是影响患者死亡的主要原因,在进行紧急处理时必须要重视对手术方式和手术时机的选择。

Objective：To investigate the emergency treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia means and influence the cause of death.Methods：Since January 2006 to January 2010 in our hospital of 40 patients with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia patients had surgical methods,analyzed the cause of death.Results：In 40 patients,5 patients had a death,the reasion included circulatory and respiratory failure,liver and spleen rupture of hemorrhagic shock,multiple organ failure.Conclusion：Surgery is the impact the timeliness of patient mortality,during the emergency must be emphasis on surgical and surgical timing.
