高效液相色谱法测定广脉通胶囊中原儿茶酸含量

Content determination of protocatechuic acid in Guangmaitong Jiaonang by HPLC

目的建立广脉通胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸（13∶87∶1.5）,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为30℃。结果原儿茶酸在0.171 2~1.027 2μg与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9,n=6）,平均加样回收率在为98.2%,RSD为1.1%（n=6）。结论本法专属性强且简便准确,可用于广脉通胶囊的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Guangmaitong Jiaonang.Methods HPLC method was used with Hypersil C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid（13∶87∶1.5） at 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 260 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Protocatechuic acid was linear within 0.171 2-1.027 2 μg,the correlation coefficient r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 98.2%,and RSD=1.1%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and stable,which can be used for the content determination of Guangmaitong Jiaonang.
