摘要
分析了康明斯NT855-C250型柴油机气缸套产生穴蚀的原因，即水滤器失效、冷却系统使用与维护不当、水温的影响及冷却系统积垢过多等原因。另外，介绍了气缸套穴蚀的预防措施。
Cause of erosion of the Cummins model NT855-C250 Diesel enginecylinder sleeve is analyzed, i. e.,water filter failure, irrati0al cooling system operationand maintenance, effect of cooling temperature and too much scale and filth deposit incooling system. Besides, prevention means for cylinder sleeve erosipn is presented.
