摘要 目的探讨应用标准化病人进行临床情景模拟教学对提高护理专业本科学生临床能力的影响。方法将2008~2010学年108名本科实习学生随机分成试验组与对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组在传统教学法基础上应用标准化病人临床情景模拟教学训练,比较两组学生临床能力得分。结果试验组学生的临床处置、沟通交流和健康教育3项临床能力考核平均得分高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论标准化病人临床情景模拟教学能显著提高本科学生的临床能力。 Objective To explore the effect of standardized patient combined with simulation teaching on improving undergraduate nursing students' clinical competence.Methods Totally 108 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=55) received standardized patient combined with simulation teaching in clinical practice,and the control group(n=53) received the conventional teaching method.The clinical competence was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical practice,communication and health education in the experimental group were statistically higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Applying standardized patient combined with simulation teaching in clinical practice can effectively improve undergraduate nursing students' clinical competence.
