基因治疗在卵巢癌治疗应用中的研究进展

The Advances of Gene Therapy in Ovarian Carcinoma

基因治疗作为恶性肿 瘤的治疗措施,已进行了初步应用。本文概括了药物敏感基因治疗、免疫基因治疗、耐药基因转染造血干细胞、抑癌基因与抗癌基因治疗及细胞因子等基因治疗在卵巢癌治疗中的应用研究进展。基因治疗将有望成为临床卵巢癌治疗的新手段。

As advanced in molecular biology, gene therapv has evolved as a treat-ment option in patients with ovarian carcino-ma. In this article, we have summarized cur-rent strategies in gene therapy for ovarian car-cinoma, including drug sensitivity gene thera-py, immuno -gene therapy, drug resistance gene, anti-oncogene and tumor suppressor gene therapy and cytokines. Gene therapy may be a novel treatment strategies in future.
