摘要
高频电波刀自90年 代以来广泛地应用于妇科、整形科和皮肤科的手术中。高频电波刀是由电极尖端产生3.8MHz的高频电波,在接触身体组织时,组织本身产生阻抗,吸收电波产生高热,来完成各种切割止血等手术。它使用简单、安全、快速,不产生切割碳化,不影响病理组织。没有电流通过身体的危险,疼痛减小,留下瘢痕的机会小,并发症少。本文重点介绍了高频电波刀在妇科宫颈病变诊治中的应用。

cy radiosurgical knife (HFRK) has been used in gynecology, plastic surgery and dermatology. In contact with body tissue, the high frequency microwave can produce high heat because of the resistance of body tissue, to complete var-ious incisions and hemostasis. Its use is very simple, quick and safe. It does not cause car-bonification of incisions, which may affect the diseased tissues. No danger of electronic cur-
rent going through the body, very little pain, little scar and little complication are its advan-tages. This paper chiefly introduces the diag-nostic and therapeutic use of HFRK.
