包头市碘营养状况监测及评估

为了评估包头市碘缺乏病防治效果,于2010年4月至5月,对全市进行了碘营养状况监测及评估,对碘缺乏病各项指标监测结果进行分析。评估组严格按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》的规定,认真听取了包头市各旗县区疾控中心防治IDD工作情况汇报,查阅了地方病防治主管部门和专业机构的有关文件和资料,盐业部门碘盐供应和销售情况,按东、西、南、北、中5个地区,各随机抽取了1所村小学(无村小学时,抽取乡中心小学);在所抽取小学各随机抽检20名8～10岁儿童(男、女各半)的尿样(按照WS/T107-2006方法检测)及随机抽样检测居民食用盐7 944份,对全市进行了碘缺乏病(IDD)指标监测结果分析及评估后发现我市已基本消除碘缺乏病。

To assess the control effect of iodine deficiency disorders in Baotou,in April 2010 to May,the city conducted a monitoring and assessment of iodine nutritional status of iodine deficiency indicators for monitoring the results of the analysis.Assessment in strict accordance with the《national iodine deficiency disorders surveillance program》requirement,listened careIly to the various counties in the District of Baotou,IDD prevention and control work of the CDC report,access to the endemic disease prevention authorities and professional bodies relevant documents and information,Salt sector supply and sales of iodized salt,according to the East,west,south,north,5 regions,each randomly selected a village primary school（not the village primary school,taking Heung Central Primary School）;in all primary schools drawn randomly sampling 20 were 8-10 years old children（male and female half and half）of the urine（as WS/T107-2006 detected）and random sampling were 7944 residents in edible salt,iodine deficiency disorders in Baotou was（IDD）indicators for monitoring the results of and the assessment found that the city has basically been eliminated iodine deficiency disorders.
