摘要
目的探讨护理干预对白内障患者依从性及疾病康复的影响。方法将258例白内障患者随机分为两组,干预组和对照组。分别给予综合性护理干预和常规性治疗护理,比较两组的依从性和治疗效果及并发症。结果干预组患者依从性高于对照组(P<0.01),且治疗效果好、并发症少。结论综合护理干预可提高患者的依从性,利于疾病的早日康复,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on patient compliance and disease cataract rehabilitation.Methods 258 Cases of cataract were randomly divided into intervention and control groups.Comprehensive care were given routine treatment and care interventions and to compare the two groups of compliance and treatment efficacy and complications.Results Compliance results in the intervention group were higher（P0.01）,and the therapeutic effect and few complications.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient compliance,promote the disease early recovery,reduce complications.
