我国汽车租赁业发展中的问题及建议

Problem and proposal about the car leasing industry development in our country

从1989年第一家汽车租赁公司成立以来,我国的汽车租赁业经过二十余年的发展已具备一定的规模,为我国汽车产业的壮大和经济的增长做出了贡献。但与国外情况相比,我国汽车租赁业发展较缓慢。通过对比国内外行业发展状况,分析我国汽车租赁业目前存在的问题,针对问题借鉴国外的发展经验,可以采用增加宣传、发展信用体制、加强配套法律法规的制定完善、发展长租客户、增加规模化程度、提高管理水平和科技水平、联系相关企业等方式推动行业的进步。

From 1989 the rent-a-car company was established,our car leasing industry over the past twenty years of development has a scale for our country,the growth of the car industry and economic growth contribute.But compared with a foreign country car leasing industry development.by contrast,domestic and foreign trade development in our car leasing industry the subsistent problems,the development of the problem of this experience can be used in publicity and the development of credit system,strengthen the formulation of related laws and regulations to improve and develop a customer,an increase in rent scale level,increased level of management and technology and related relevant enterprises in promoting the industrial progress.
