当前我国公民社会责任现状及其培养

公民责任是公民基于权利作为或不作为的自由以及由此承担的有利或不利的后果,社会责任是其核心。提高公民社会责任是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务。社会体制深刻变革、传统社会责任观不适应和西方文化的冲击,是我国公民社会责任缺失的主要原因。培养公民社会责任,教育是基础,制度是保证,实践是关键。
