摘要 在ADAMS/View环境下创建了四连杆打纬机构的数字化样机模型,通过AutoFlex模块实现了整个四连杆打纬系统的柔性化设计。提出了由Step函数来模拟打纬阻力的等效计算方法,并计算出了筘座的惯性打纬力。通过柔性体动力学仿真获得了筘座在真实工况下的运动规律,并对柔性体和刚性体仿真结果作了比较与分析,提出了改进四连杆打纬机构动态特性的方法,为实现织机的高速低振化设计奠定了基础。 The digital prototype model of 4-bar beating-up mechanism is set up in ADAMS/View,then the whole system is designed as flexible-body by AutoFlex module.The equivalent computing method which can simulated resistance of beating up by Step function is proposed,and the inertia force of beating-up on sley is calculated.The characteristics of motion in real work condition of sley is obtained by dynamic simulation with flexible-body,and the simulation results based on rigid-body and flexible-body are compared and analyzed.The high speed and low vibration for loom design maybe come true which based on the methods that improved dynamic property of 4-bar beating-up mechanism are put forward.
