摘要
以双级蜗杆减速器的蜗轮蜗杆体积最小作为设计目标,建立了目标函数、设计变量和约束条件。应用约束非线性混合离散变量优化方法对减速器进行优化设计,得出了优化结果。实例计算表明,采用约束非线性混合离散变量优化方法得出的优化结果明显好于常规设计方案。
Taking worm gear and worm smallest volume of two-stage worm reducer as a design goal,the objective function,design variables and constraints are established.Using constraint nonlinear mixed discrete variable optimization methods to optimize the design of the reducer,the optimization results are obtained.The calculations example show that the optimization results are significantly better than conventional designs.
