伴有特应性皮炎的哮喘患者红细胞免疫功能和sIL-2R水平的研究

The Utility of CT Scan for Diagnosis of Cor Pulmonale

采用红细胞花环试验和双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法，分别检测伴有特应性皮炎的哮喘患者２０ 例、无皮炎的哮喘患者２５ 例和健康对照组（２９ 例）的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ 受体花环率（ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ）、红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＢＣＩＣＲ）和血清可溶性白细胞介素２ 受体（ｓＩＬ２Ｒ）的水平。结果表明：全部哮喘患者ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜ ００５），ｓＩＬ２Ｒ高于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０００１），平均ＲＢＣＩＣＲ与对照组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ００５）；２０ 例伴有特应性皮炎患者的ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ 和ｓＩＬ２Ｒ 变化更明显（Ｐ＜０００１），同时ＲＢＣＩＣＲ较对照组和无皮炎的哮喘患者均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ００５）。相关分析显示哮喘患者的ｓＩＬ２Ｒ与ＲＢＣＣ３ｂＲＲ之间呈明显负相关（Ｐ＜ ００１），伴有特应性皮炎的哮喘患者的ｓＩＬ２Ｒ与ＲＢＣＩＣＲ呈正相关（Ｐ＜ ００５）。认为红细胞免疫功能和Ｔ细胞活化异常是支气管哮喘和伴发特应性皮炎的重要特征，Ｔ细胞活化与红细胞免疫功能之间存在一定的关联性。

To investigate the utility of CT scan for diagnosis of cor pulmonale,the CT determined main pulmonary artery diameter(MPAD),right pulmonary artery diameter(RPAD)and right descent pulmonary artery diameter(RDPAD)were studied and compard with chest x ray film determined RDPAD in 100 normal subjects and 30 patients with cor pulmonale The results revealed that there were obvious correlation between CT determined MPAD,RPAD or RDPAD and chest x ray film determined RDPAD There were obvious differences in MPAD,RPAD and RDPAD between normals and patients with cor pulmonale The CT determined MPAD,RPAD and RDPAD of normal subjects were 20～30mm,16～24mm,11～14 9mm respectively It suggested that CT scan has excellent diagnostic value for detection of cor pulmonale
