变异性哮喘患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和内皮素水平及其临床意义

用放免法对３５ 例变异性哮喘患者外周血进行了可溶性细胞间粘附分子（ｓＩＣＡＭ１）和内皮素（ＥＴ１）的检测。与健康对照组比较，ｓＩＣＡＭ１ 和ＥＴ１ 水平显著增高（Ｐ＜ ００１）；与普通型哮喘比较，发作期差异不显著（Ｐ＞ ００５），缓解期差异非常显著（Ｐ＜ ００１）。提示二者在哮喘病发作中起重要作用。

To evaluate the application on MRU methods,54 patients with urinary tract obstruction and 20 healthy volunteers were examined by MRU,which was performed heavily T2 weighted fast spin echo pulse sequence(FASE),intravenous administered furosemide The result showed the level and degree of urinary tract obstruction were visualized in all the 54 patients,especially in those who were not visualized by IVU Conclusions MRU could demonstrate the site and extent of vrinary tract obstruction and provide a new and safe vrinary tract imaging technique Key words Urinary tract Magnetic resonance imaging Urinary neoplasms Urinary tract calculusrder to study the effects of Yixinkangtai capsule on level of testosterone(T) and estradiol(E 2).Methods:67 healthy men living at 3 300m above sea level were measured on T and E 2 by radioimmunoassay before and after taking Yixinkangtai and Guhanyangshengjing.Results:The level of T and T/E 2 radio value were increased remarably after taking Yixinkangtai capsale,andincreased T and T/E 2 radio value by Yixink angtao were higher than by Guhan T and improve the function of sexual gland in healthy adults at high altitude.
