The 32-bit assembly language is an important course in computer specialty.But it is very difficult for teaching.This paper makes the analysis and discussion of register structure,operate mode,instruction set,the organize and management of internal memory based on IA-32 microprocessor,and gives the corresponding methods and proposals.The good results has been achieved in teaching practice by applying the methods and the proposals.
