经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗前列腺增生症(附120例报告)

Transurethral Electrovaporization of Prostate:A Novel Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(A report of 120 cases)

1997年 9月～ 1998年 11月 ,应用经尿道前列腺电汽化术 ( TU VP)治疗良性前列腺增生症 ( BPH) 12 0例 ,平均术后导尿时间 4 5 .6小时 ,平均术后住院 4 .2天 ,术中输血 6例 (其中 4例术前 Hb在 8g以下 ,初期 2例术中出血 ) ,无前列腺电切综合征 ( TURS)。术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,国际前列腺症状评分 ( IPSS)由 2 8.6下降至术后 3～ 6个月 4 .2～ 3 .5 ,最大尿流率 ( MFR)由术前 11.5 ml/ s上升至 19.7ml/ s。结果显示 TUVP疗效显著 ,并发症少 ,出血少 ,一般不输血 ,技术简易 ,住院时间短 ,但术中有可能发生并发症必须重视。对 °以上增生及巨大腺体 ,应结合电切术 ,我们用 Nesbit方法 ,以缩短手术时间 。

from Sep.1997 to Nov.1998,transurethral electro Vapor ablation of the prostate(TUVP)Was Performed for 120 cases of BPH.The mean time of an indwelling urethral catheter was 45 6h,with the mean Postoperative Patient discharge 4 2d.After operation the follow up for 3～6 months showed a significant improvement of IPSS dropped from 28 6 before the procedure to 3 5 postoperatively,Qmax increased from 11 5ml/s to 19 7ml/s.It was concluded that TUVP was a simple,an effective and a safe method to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia,but BPH(>Ⅲ°)must be with a combination of treatment method from TUVP and TURP,and Nesbit technique was used.
